GroundAir MGR (Moisture+Gas+Radon) is a valuable, simple, and effective ground air channeling system that improves indoor air quality by diverting Radon, moisture, and other toxic soil gases away from your home. This channeling system of flexible pipes is installed under your home which draws soil gases in and channels them towards a vent stack and safely out through the roof.

The flexible pipes are manufactured to various widths and lengths and can be purchased as a kit (designed for a 900 ft2 or 1500 ft2 footprint), or by the roll. This highly adaptable system can be used in Radon resistant new construction as well as in crawlspaces of existing buildings.

GroundAir MGR ground air channeling system not only helps to prevent Radon and other toxic soil gases from entering. It also effectively removes moisture – reducing mold, mildew, and wet basement issues for the life of the structure.

GroundAir MGR:

Increases air flow under slab (or plastic membrane)
Equalizes distribution of air flow
Extends the pressure field (pfe)
Reduces sub-slab resistance
Reduces number of suction points needed
Allows use of smaller fan
Maintains communication across obstacles
Provides more options for vent stack location

By itself, GroundAir MGR works effectively as a passive soil depressurization (PSD) system or it can be used in conjunction with a fan operated, active soil depressurization (ASD) system. When installed with a junction box for adding a fan, GroundAir MGR exceeds the soil depressurization requirements for:
