GroundAir Manager can be used under any surface to provide a channel that leads to the vent stack. Below are drawings illustrating its placement under a membrane, slab and slab with aggregate.
GroundAir MGR is adaptable to fit any home design layout or size. A single 3″ or 4″ vent stack can evacuate up to 1600 sqft. For larger footprints, use multiple vent stacks. Below are example layouts for different size homes. A layout can be either branched or looped. A branched installation has a large collector line connected to the vent stack with smaller feeder lines connected to it. A looped installation has a line 18″ from the edge around the perimeter of the building. For larger footprints, feeder lines are used to connect the loops across the perimeter line.
